Ordinary Markdown remains readable on disk. System-managed files can evolve through explicit upgrades while your private notes, projects, and machine-specific layers stay under your control.
The Context Nine companion plugin is installed with the Vault. It adds TaskNotes capture, context routing, attachment cleanup, a Vault Command Center, and the vault tui control room inside Obsidian.
