Context Nine

Context Nine is an open-source system for keeping skills, instructions, access, code, machines, workflows, and production operations legible to both people and coding agents.
The nine layers
- Understanding establishes intent, systems, and constraints.
- Secrets and Access binds identities, authorities, credentials, and capabilities.
- Environments and Runtime makes machines, networks, clusters, and runtimes reproducible.
- Agent Harnesses runs and coordinates agents across machines.
- Context keeps instructions, knowledge, memory, and dependencies durable.
- Capabilities packages skills, plugins, CLIs, APIs, and their dependencies.
- Code keeps active codebases synchronized and recoverable.
- Workflow Platforms turns the lower layers into repeatable delivery workflows.
- Operations observes, triages, remediates, releases, rolls back, and recovers.

Components
Use the product grid on the Context Nine home page to open Secret Bindings, Platform, Artifacts, Incident Controller, the Obsidian plugin, Codex Repo Sync, Code Folder Sync, Cool Kid Tabs, GitLab Delivery, and File Upload.
The components are deliberately independent. Install only what solves a real problem, then connect more of the system as your fleet and agent workflows grow.
